Heh, some of these are really funny to read about... something so very amusing about a game GM type going rogue and griefing asshat players. Or just all of #3. Do read. http://www.cracked.com/blog/the-7-most-elaborate-dick-moves-in-online-gaming-history/
As interesting of a read as it all was, I'm not sure what's so elaborate about destroying an enemy in EVE. His/her cargo was noteworthy, but...still. Amusingly enough, the title reminded me of this other Cracked article.
I don't think that the #1 is that much of a dick move. It's a PVP server, There are instances of that happening all across the world on every server. I think the Asheron's Call one is a lot more of a dickish move because that fucked with the entire game, every server had to wait until it was destroyed.
The corrupted blood event is a classic, something I definitely wish I could have seen. The funeral crash though, haha... I dunno, I still think that was a bit shitty.
I don't know anything about any of those games, but it was fairly interesting. The whole Mods vs Players thing surprised me, I thought they would a just jumped in with GodMode and owned them with lvl 1 armor/weapons. But they were very cordial about the whole battle.
Yeah imagine if they did what that other dude did and teleport them into space or in front of a lvl fuck-off mob.
