It went fine. I did kind of swipe a tear from an eye because I was making spag sauce and I was chopping onions and then felt a bit of burning but overall, I'd say it was a rousing success.

Well we don't have specialty pepper stores either and Indian food isn't that prevalent unless you'r in the right neighbourhood in Montréal. I know about the Dorset but I also know there is no way I'd find it in Sherbrooke. I think the hottest peppers that are readily available are habaneros.
