I was hoping I wouldn't have to write down a list of rules, because it makes me seem like an asshole, but it might be needed in the future. So here they are. - Be on time, and be there. I can overlook occasional tardiness, though I won't really like it. However, if you no-show to two raids, I'm giving your slot to someone else. I consider no-showing when I only know that you're not going to be there when the raid starts... and you aren't there. - If you're a DPS, you need to do good dps. I mean it goes without saying. Be good at your job. We're not going to carry you. If you are constantly doing below 13k, you're getting talked to. Either you look at http://www.elitistjerks.com/ and get your act together or you're not raiding with us. - Gem/enchant your gear, and do it correctly. I'm not taking you if everything is unenchanted. Sure, if you're about to get new gloves or pants, that's not a problem. If they're 346 and not worth enchanting because you're about to get a valor version, that's fine. - Don't be lazy. You don't have to run heroics and cap valor always, but put some effort into it. We loot council some loot to the person that might need it the most, however, if we're just going to give all our loot because you don't want to bother to run any heroics to replace your 346s, you're getting talked to. - Pay attention. It just wastes time if you never click yes to my ready check, or never pay attention when I explain fights and roles, and that pisses me off. You don't want to get kicked from the raid team for that because that would be an incredibly stupid reason. - Above all, have fun and don't fill our guild with drama! I'm really not as harsh of a leader as this list makes me sound. I just want our raid team to go far and down all these bosses, otherwise the game is just not fun.
