Okay, it's time for me to share something i 'created' about 4 years ago, and i still have to this day, it's not something you can buy in shops (luckily, all the shit to make it you can.) and it's not a highly posh or exquisite meal, in fact it's downright common as muck, but it's really easy and cheap to make, i used to make it all the time when i'd stay up all night and watch American Baseball.

I dub thee. THE BURGER OMELETTE.

    What you need:
    2 burgers (or 4 if you're a chubby like i am.)
    4 eggs
    an oven
and a very big frying pan.

    Preparations and stuff:

    1. Put the burgers in the oven for about 10-15 minutes until they're about half cooked, make sure you time it right with any TV shows you're watching or intending to because this is the only break you're getting.

    2. Take out the burgers and cut them up with a knife or scissors into sizes you see fit, i like mine really chunky, but it doesn't really matter.

    3. Crack the eggs into a measuring jug and whisk till it looks like an omelette.

    4. When you can catch a break cutting up burgers and whisking eggs heat up your massive frying pan. I don't do temperatures and crap (because i'm not actually a cook of course, just a hungry idiot.) so just have it on medium till you pour the eggs and burgers in, add a dash of cooking oil.

    5. Throw your omelette mix into the pan, wait about 30 seconds then add your burger pieces, you can also make it look nice by arranging them. For example i like to arrange the burger pieces into a happy face. :) Turn the temperature to high.

    6. It should only take about 5 minutes, but you will have to flip it so the burger meat gets fully cooked on the top side.

Serve with a garnish of tomato sauce (or brown sauce if you're weird.). screw salad.

And that's about it really. I know it'll never hit any fancy cook book or anything but damn it tastes good. I know you're probably reading this (probably not even that tbh.) thinking that sounds crap, but honestly it's really good. :D

You should try putting it on a tortilla and adding salsa.
