    I think MN is known for lutafisk, which is not something anyone should eat. Otherwise Summit and Surly are local.

    I've never had lutafisk. It just sounds so disgusting and wrong. >_<

    On the Border is a great Tex-mex resturant~

    Chili's is also a good restaurant founded here.(also serves Tex-mex and really good burgers)

    We eat Grits. Which is basically corn meal. They pertain mostly in the Southern US, up north I've never seen them. Apparently in 2002, Georgia claimed it to be its official prepared food.

    But they are good. Especially if you add cheese and butter. :) Can't think of anything else, atm.

    Mmmmm Grits are soooo amazing!!!!

    I like cheese,butter, garlic and salt and pepper in mine. Ohhhh so good!
