I would say android is the best when comparing to the other new OS because it has some additional features from others.
Actually I had ATT and it was probably one of the best phones they had to offer. Eventually I'll want to switch to Verizon (Better coverage, at least in this area) and probably an Android.
haha I just noticed this post by this bot in this ancient thread he likes his iphone because the car repair and personal dictionary are amazing I had no iphones could fix cars.
i swore by my iphone for three years, now that i'm on android, fuck the iphone keyboard. I had to jailbreak my phone in order to enjoy the keyboard (an app called 5row QWERTY keyboard, very nice) on android, SwiftKeyX is leaps and bounds above any iphone keyboard/dictionary, jailbroken or not
That's funny because I just ditched my android for an iphone and the keyboard is so much better on the latter. maybe they improved it for the iphone 4? I remember borrowing someone's iphone 3gs and having a really hard time typing on it. And the iphone 4 was even cheaper than my android was (they're much less expensive in the UK than the US, surprisingly).
i dont think so, anytime i use my moms iphone 4 the keyboard is so primitive it's ridiculous. I don't use the stock android keyboard though, i use SwiftKeyX
I use a regular telephone that makes and receives calls, and takes voice mail. I advise it because data plans are daylight robbery.
I have an Iphone, the BF has an android so I've played with both. His android is GIGANTIC and doesn't fit in my hand super well, so on the note of size and keyboard funtionality I prefer the Iphone. I also like (was mentioned earlier) the spellcheck/dictionary function as I use many words that are not in the standard dictionary and it adds them after awhile. However, Iphone doesn't have flash and there are quite a few apps that I can't get on it that he has on his android. The difference between apps that I've noticed. Apple:more strict about what gets passed onto the app store. Android: more open, more apps, occasionally buggy because there's not really a structure in place for quality checks.
You can buy a different size android if you want. You can also get a non-standard dictionary. There are like 50 of them. You also pay much much less for an android. Quality control is done by a massive number of users, instead of by the arbitrary oligarchy of Apple Chief Retards (who ever they are, some kind of shadowy cabal presumably, since the typical (read: all of them) Apple user is a moron incapable of reasoning they usurp the role of figuring out what is actually within their limited faculties to operate). Apple quality check is not actually a quality check, it's just a random limitation on what you are allowed to use. Like I said. A fool and his money.
