Thoughts - It's been ages since I touched one, so I'm happy that they've kept the menu as simple and easy to use as it's always been, instead of going down Microsoft's route and making the fucking dashboard a pain in the balls - I need a fucking humongous hard drive and like a million quid, there's about a thousand PS1 games I wanna buy on the store - I finally got to play Metal Gear Solid 4! I'm going around shooting people in the face. I haven't got a clue what's going on. - Infamous. Shoot people in the face with lightning. - Uncharted. So the series is basically Tomb Raider meets Gears of War only with more face shooting? It's fun, but if the other two are this repetetive I'll give them a miss. - Killzone 2. Goodguys are all boring douches, badguys are awesome, Brian Cox rules.
only the first uncharted is worth playing, the second one was lame, havn't played the third but it got mediocre reviews the psn store is pretty intense
Haha, what the heck? Most places gave Uncharted 3 like, 9/10 at least. I haven't played the third one, but I liked the first two a lot. The second one maybe a bit more though. The games you listed are all ones I like, so it'scool. I upgraded my old 60GB to 350GB last year. I'm still working on filling it up.
i know it does, and it's stupid the first one had yetis and monsters, AWESOME. Then they turned the game into some dude bro shoot out fest
Despite the fact that around 90% of the fucking game was cutscene based (THE ENDING IS OVER AN HOUR, FUCK OFF, KOJIMA) I enjoyed MGS4, though I'm not sure why. As nice as Uncharted was (it indeed had yetis and Simon Templeman going 'you know I'm evil as fuck because I'm ENGLISH!', Amy Hennig, is this really more important than another LoK game, you fucking fuck? Infamous rules, no one in town has the second in stock agrhahghrhrghaghrghghaghghr Picked up one of the Ratchet and Clanks as I've never played any of them. And one of the Front Missions. There's some other shit but who the fuck cares, I want more PS1 games.
The production behind Uncharted looks awesome and all but I've never shaken the impression that it's Tomb Raider with a penis.
It's a lot better than Tomb Raider in most ways and I was a Tomb Raider fan in the 90's. It is basically what the Indiana Jones games should have been (the newer ones, anyway).
I just got around to starting Uncharted this month, still haven't finished it though. I like it. I've heard the second and third ones switch things up a lot more - scenery, gameplay, etc. As a gay man you should definitely play Flower, although it's more of a dainty flamboyant gay than a death metal Sarah Silverman show kind of gay. Little Big Planet is required reading and it's a shame it's an exclusive because it's one of the best games out there. Killzone 3 improves on Killzone 2, but expect largely more of the same. The 3D is good. Start off with that
Also EsKo don't bother telling Sketch that PS3 games are good his prejudice against the console is well-documented
