From a tanking perspective I didn't realize until it was too late that he doesnt move when he puts the player in that ball thing. What I'm saying is I was trying to move him off the pools and as a result i was not doing half as much dmg as I should (not that my dmg is alot, but every bit counts in this phase). Next time I will just stay in melee range until he's done with that spell and then kite him. I felf the pools were very easy to avoid, it's doubtfull ppl were getting hit by them.

We'll get him this week I'm sure of it.

I think the issue may have been your kiting path. Heading toward a wall when there were pools between the DPS and the boss meant they had to run around pools to get to him/be in range and lost valuable DPS time.

This week we will just kite him in as tight a circle as possible right in the center of the room. Should fix it.
