    It's funny, today I was thinking how little world PvP I had been involved in while running around Northrend, but it turns out I spoke too soon: I was turning in some quest at Death's Rise with only an 1/8th or so of my health left soloing some group quest and some geared 80 Ally DK lands out of nowhere and starts attacking me. Rather than bubblehearth I judged and stunned the fool and jumped off the edge of the cliff Jason Bourne style - I was just happy for the first time my Flexweave Underlay had a practical use and floated down.
    Engineering is well worth the monetary assraping.

    Nice.

    I had a couple good escapes myself.

    With my lvl then, 30-something ret pally: While questing as lvl 30-something in STV, I mistaken a lvl ?? ally DK as a mob and attacked him and escaped via bubble/hearth while emoting /sorry.

    My 80 hunter: While getting gangbanged by Ironforge NPC's, and being stunned, I escaped by disengaging into the tram portal with only 2k health left.

    Phew, after a few stints in Wintergrasp and a dozen BGs, finally got enough for my second piece of PvP gear. Shoulders + chest done, probably go for gloves or boots next.

    I'd say it's a toss up. Neither is perfect and neither is bad.

    Ret pallys are a str/haste class, not an agil/arp class.

    You can get str and arp, or agil and haste. It's not that you don't benefit from the Arp and Agility, you just don't benefit from it as much as you do Str. /shrug. Pick one.

    Anyway, it's surprising how much difference two pieces of proper PvP gear can make in a battleground. Just did a decent jerb kicking some ass in this weekend's Call to Arms, Strand of the Ancients.

    Well, if he's mainly going to be doing melee stuff I would get agility (which has haste) to better dodge attacks 'cuase he'll be so close to enemies...and having more balanced stats isn't bad either....

    FYI, Syntrucci is a IRL friend of mine. He finally transferred to DW. We've just been having tons of fun killing Alliance anywhere and everywhere possible. Had a little trip to Stormwind that was fun, harrassed Wintergrasp Fortress a little while, did some 2v2 skirmishes, and completely dominated every BG we went into with highest healing (for him) highest dmg (for me) and highest honor gained for the two of us.

    Hells yeah.
