Well by definition, concentration of wealth is a sign of relative poverty, yes. But maybe you mean poverty in the sense of some sort of moral depravity. Chinese people may have largest army in the world and now they are largest exporters in every field, from mobile phone to cereals. I think they are going to make everything which other country produces and sale in high rates but china selling most of the products in cheap rate but we have one problem in their product that certain products can’t be trusted like mobile phone and other technical material.
